Chic, Elegant, and Mysterious: A café in Seoul’s nondescript alley, reminiscent of a scene from the movie ‘Parasite,’ is housed in a quaint traditional building reflecting everyday life.

A Unique Architectural Gem with Historical Roots: Chosen by the Givenchy Korea Team as the Venue for the Asian Static Exhibition. Together with Clare Waight Keller’s Clothing and Fabrics, It Radiates an Inner Sensibility.

Paris, a City of Unwavering Creative Prosperity, Remains at the Forefront This Season. Especially Noteworthy is Clare Waight Keller’s Designed Givenchy 2020 Spring-Summer Collection, Skillfully Interweaving Feminine Lines with Subtle Neutral Tones. It’s Like Streetwear for Rebellious Nobility.

Perhaps due to the unique venue, the entire journey by car felt like scenes from the movie ‘Parasite.’ We started from Andaz Hotel and continued through narrow alleyways, revealing the authentic everyday life of South Korea. Finally, this eye-catching red brick building appeared before us.

Due to the confidentiality of the venue, all we know is that this place was transformed from a century-old brick-and-tile building. It now serves as a café. As soon as we stepped inside, the pulsating Trans music immediately isolated us from the outside world.

Indulge in freshly baked, delightfully textured croissants paired with freshly ground Arabica coffee—a complete French experience that instantly soothes the soul.

In the coveted Gangnam district of Seoul, where every inch of space is precious, I stumbled upon a spacious two-story coffee house. It left me curious about what it looks like during regular business hours. But first, let’s appreciate the static exhibition showcasing the 2020 spring-summer collection.

Amid the pandemic, fashion shows have been lacking live runway models, but there’s a unique reward in being able to closely observe and touch the actual merchandise in a completely static setting.

As guests, we start by enjoying coffee and pastries on the first floor. Then, as we ascend to the second floor, we’re greeted with chilled non-alcoholic sparkling beverages, allowing everyone to comfortably enjoy the viewing experience.

With my height being 166 cm. Based on my estimation, it’s likely that all three of them are around 180 centimeters tall.

This spring and summer, the delicate folds of the calf leather scarf harmonize with the wide-shouldered sleeveless top, adorned with bows and a petite front pocket. Paired perfectly with a crinkled midi skirt in the same color palette and beige high-heeled peep-toe shoes.

In the 21st century, our lives are enveloped by high technology at every turn. The gap between reality and expansiveness seems to widen. The absence of a collar, along with the tailored waist, gives birth to a brand-new, sleek, fitted suit jacket. The use of knits and delicate openwork embellishments adorns the knee-length shorts.

In the spirit of sustainability, distressed denim shorts have been ingeniously crafted by upcycling 1990s denim fabric. These shorts bear the marks of their journey, transformed into fashionable pieces with washed-out patches and intentional distressing.

The totem originates from the natural world, filled with the fragrance of birdsong and blooming flowers. It reminds me of the spring and summer quatrains by the Chinese poet Lu You: ‘紛紛紅紫已成塵,布穀聲中夏令新’Hey Girls, let’s dress up and radiate!
